National Express has taken over Britain's east coast rail service from GNER. The trains are the same apart from a lick of paint but the company is offering free wifi internet access for all passengers - not just those in first class, which was GNER's approach.
This is an excellent decision. Other rail companies and hotels please follow.
My first journey on the new National Express East Coast line was fantastic - and I was about to blog about how good it was.
That's until I booked my second journey and ran into massive problems with its website. I'll post about it later today.

Stuart
I agree that National Express needs to sort out its website. Yesterday afternoon it carried a large warning about delays the previous day, without an explanation or update. I was relieved when arriving at Leeds station that everything was running on time.
